Creative cocktails, tasty mezze options and the lamb ribs were literally falling off the bone. We started with the Passiflora and Mediterranean Margarita. The Blossom & Bloom was also tasty. We shared the Halloumi Gem Salad, trio of spreads and the absolutely delicious Chickpea Wedges dipped in a garlic yogurt. The Persian Rice Cake was perfect with the lamb ribs. For dessert we had what we were told was everyone's favorite: Warm Tahini Brownie with ice cream. A fantastic Mediterranean meal that was filling--but not overly so--combined with fantastic flavors from start to finish. We will be back!

Delicious Mediterranean food. We visited Spice Finch early on a Saturday night, and it was mostly empty. The restaurant is nicely furnished in a style reminiscent of an upscale hotel. We split the chickpea wedges, baked cheese, mushroom pasta, and salmon. We requested that each dish was brought out with plenty of savoring time between dishes, and our request was respected. The chickpea wedges had the perfect texture and were paired with a decadent, cheesy spread. The baked cheese was gooey and served with a piping hot flatbread. The mushroom pasta had a thin sauce with a nice lemony flavor. The salmon was a bit overcooked and the sauce was a touch cloying, but the flavors worked well together. Overall, I had an excellent meal at Spice Finch and would recommend them for dinner in Philly.

Elegant place in the heart of the city so a safe spot off walnut. Service was great as nothing was rushed at all which I prefer in my service. Food was delicious, hummus was plenty and so were peppers for apps for 4 people. The chicken and cauliflower was tender and fresh with veggies and sauce. Shrimp was almost jumbo size too which helped soak in the flavor. Busy spot but weekday wasn't too bad. I'd go back again and they have outdoor tables too.

Inside was super cool and the food was good but didn't wow me. Went when they first opened so I would go back

I enjoyed eating dinner here. Spice Finch is such a cute restaurant and definitely a nice date night spot! This isn't your typical traditional Mediterranean spot as they drew flavor inspiration from surrounding areas, but I loved the meal overall. This place is definitely pricey- especially for the smaller serving size. The trio of spreads was a nice way to try multiple spreads at once. I was surprised by how little of each spread was given (compared to other restaurants in the city). It was a good size to leave you feeling satisfied though. The flatbread was covered in oil, which I did enjoy. I felt it took away from the flavor of the spreads. Our waitress recommended the beet salad, which was uniquely smokey! I've never eaten beets cooked like that and I am so glad I got to try it. For our entree, my friend and I shared the peri-peri shrimp. This wasn't my favorite. It almost tasted Italian- like shrimp in pasta sauce. I would definitely try the lamb or chicken if I were to come back.

This review is 3.5 stars rounded up to 4! This restaurant is very cute and spacious inside. The food was super great and flavorful. The chickpea wedges were unique and I really enjoyed the dipping sauce they came with. The chicken kebab was juicy and tangy, and I liked the bit of spice from the chilis. Got the brownie for dessert which you can't go wrong with (although I wish they added more halva to mine!) I really enjoyed everything I ordered and the portion sizes were really great for the price! Where this place fell a little flat was the service. The employees were generally nice but the wait times between courses were way too long. My party and I all ordered everything at the beginning so I think the courses couldve been timed better. Then when we got our check at the end of the meal, there was an extra item on our check that nobody at my table ordered. When we told the waitress, she sort of questioned us a little bit and then after telling her again, she said she would go "investigate", which meant that we had to wait even longer to leave. Although she was still nice and I totally understand that mixups happen, my group and I just didn't love all the waiting around we had to do as we had another commitment after dinner to go to! Overall this place was great and I would probably come back to try more things on the menu!

the food for the majority was really great. We first ate pretty much the whole happy hour menu while waiting for our table reservation that waw a little later. and then ended up selecting the rest. week menu. Which brought a few things we already had. The only down fall was the duck wings at the bar were dried out, or over cooked or something. Ended up not eating any after the first wing of 4 And the fried bread crisps for the duo at the bar as well as at our dinner were ranging between not fried enough so it was super chewy and couldn't bite off, to super thick and hard that it was difficult to bite without hurting teeth or feeling like it would damage teeth. But what was edible was great flavor. Besides those two events the meal was delicious. A bit bummed though as it was my boyfriends 30th birthday celebration (which is kind of a big deal eh?) and it wasn't recognized even though noted on the rez, usually restaurants do something minorly special like a candle or something just to recognize the occasion, especially since i ended up spending $200+ out in total!

Food: Got steak frites, broccoli tabbouleh, shishito peppers, shabazi flatbread, and tahini brownie, all of which were perfect. As someone who had never liked steak, I will tell you their steak is so worth trying. And the broccoli tabbouleh is incredibly well/ balanced. This is one of my favorite places in the city to eat (although pricey, definitely worth it). They have a great happy hour M-F 4-6pm. Service: The service is really professional and timely. Staff is knowledgeable about the menu and usually has good recommendations. Ambiance: The interior is gorgeous, wish I had taken photos. Most people are dressed up and there a lot of celebrations. Would I return? 100% and already have! It's one my favorite restaurants in the city.
